We stand by what we make. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we want to know.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once we’ve reviewed and verified the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or process a refund through your original payment method — typically within 7–10 working days.
A few things worth noting: natural variation in wood grain, texture, tone, and handcrafted finish is not a defect — it’s what makes each piece its own. Customised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange a product, we’re happy to help — subject to the following:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are available for a different size or variant of the same product, where available, or for store credit toward a future purchase.
- Exchanges are not applicable on customised, made-to-order, or sale items.
- Any difference in product value will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Shipping costs for the return leg are the customer’s responsibility unless the original item was received damaged or incorrect.
