- Made-to-order and customised products have a production lead time of 10–14 business days, after which standard delivery timelines apply. We’ll confirm the timeline with you at the time of order.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared where available.
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These are governed by your country’s regulations and are outside our control.
